WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SITE?

HOW DOES Seabed DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We share your personal information with our employees, contractors, consultants, and other parties who require such information to assist us with establishing, maintaining, and managing our business relationship with you, including third parties that provide services to us or on our behalf; third parties that collaborate with Seabed in the provision of services to you; and, third parties whose services we use to conduct our business.

Where we have obtained or granted an interest (such as through a partnership, joint venture, or other commercial structure) in one or a series of wells, pipelines, or other operations, Seabed may exchange personal information with third parties such as other resource companies, land agents, land brokers, and other third parties in the conduct of that operation.

Seabed's affiliated companies sometimes provide management, administrative and other services to other Seabed affiliates. Personal information may be collected, used, retained, or disclosed by and between Seabed's affiliates in such services' performance. Also, subsidiaries of Seabed Inc may disclose personal information to Seabed Inc as part of regular reporting activities.

HOW DOES Seabed PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Seabed endeavors to maintain adequate physical, procedural, and technical security concerning its offices and information storage facilities to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or personal information modification.

Seabed reserves the right not to change any personal information and instead append any alternative information the individual concerned believes is appropriate. For example, Seabed may not change certain information in a lease administration file but attach a sheet to that file indicating the individual's amendment.
