HOUSTON, April 16, 2021 -- Seabed Drills today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Seabed U.S.A. Inc. (Singapore Branch) (“SUSA”) has signed a binding Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Hokkaido Gas Co., Ltd. for the delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Seabed’s global LNG portfolio to the Hokkaido area.
