Appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Michael Johnson has oversight and executive responsibility for the Company’s investor relations, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning, treasury, tax, risk, and audit management functions.

Since joining Seabed in 1999, Michael has performed several progressively challenging executive roles, most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investment Review, Vice President Corporate Development and Planning, Vice President, Treasury, and Tax, concurrently serving as CFO for Seabed Income Fund and Seabed Income Fund Holdings Inc. Previously he served as Corporate Controller and also led enterprise Investor Relations and Pension Investments.

Before Seabed, Colin held finance roles at Canadian Airlines and KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
